By using the services provided by TraveloSuper, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Agency Role

TraveloSuper acts as an independent travel agency. We facilitate bookings between you and various travel service providers (airlines). We are not responsible for the actual provision of travel services or any changes made by the airlines.

2. Pricing and Availability

All prices quoted are subject to availability and can change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid for in full. Offline rates are exclusive and may have specific restrictions.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Each airline has its own cancellation and change policies. Our agents will inform you of these policies at the time of booking. TraveloSuper may charge a service fee for processing changes or cancellations in addition to any airline fees.

4. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates required for their destination.

5. Limitation of Liability

TraveloSuper shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind which arises out of or is in any way connected with any use of this site or any booking made through our agents.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
